As you know Tool Box Talks are a required component to any successful or recognized health and safety program.  During these talks supervisors or foremen will demonstrate their personal interest in safety and emphasize company safety policies.  Typical meetings should be held with a definite objective in mind - to explain a new safety rule or procedure, to review a recent incident, to discuss the job incident record, to discuss a specific MSDS, or to establish a key safety point.

It is vital that you have a record of these talks many reasons.  In light of this requirement GCABC has designed a Tool Box Talk Record Book for your convenience.  Two part copies – one is a tear away for your files and the other stays in the book (similar to a bank deposit book)

This record book will allow you to keep track of all your meetings, attendees, topics discussed, site specific hazards, injuries/incident discussions, suggestions, etc.

A great resource for your health and safety program!
